About 4000 teachers of GES names to remove from government payroll

As part of measures by government to lay off workers to meet the policies of International Monetary Fund(IMF}in 2017,a  meeting was held in the flagstaff house of which Labour Minister,Finance Minister and Minister of Education of including other members  in the house outlined strategies to cutdown government expenditure in the month of September 2016 to November2016.
Education Minister Pro. Naana Opoku has been advised to put up a drastic measures to reduce the number of workers in Ghana Education Service.
GES will lay of  about 2000 teachers from government payroll and additional 2000names wiil be expung in 2017.

The strategy to be adopted are
*Any teacher who refuses posting to a remote area for a week name will be expunge from GES and Government payroll.
*Any teacher who does not report on the first thre days before of school reopening name will be removed from GES and Government payroll.
Teachers who will campaign for a political party before school hours will be remove from GES for him of her to enjoy full time for political business.
Teachers who absent  for three days from school will be remove,if the headteacher sends report to the office.
Teachers who partakes sandwich and Distance courses without prior notice to the education office will go off.
Teachers who partakes in strike,demostration and other activities about increment of salaries,promtion arreaers and affected victims of three months pay policy will face sanctions.
Untrained teachers whose have been in the service without upgrading and proper appraisal wii be remove for trained teacher.
Teachers who fail fails to prepare lesson notes for two weeks,failing to used TLMs in teaching and any school who will fail in WAECE and BECE will face proper scruiting.
Any teacher who is reported to challenge any senior officer of District,Regional and NationalGES officer will be  off .
The following suggestions is supported by the President of the Republic of Ghana John Dramani Mahama and be strictly follow.
