Breaking News:Dr Nduom has finnally named his running mate

The flagbearer of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) has named a former beauty Queen as her running mate.

Bridgette Dzogbenuku who won the Miss Ghana pageant in 1991 was named as the person to partner the businessman cum politician at a ceremony at the party’s headquarters in Accra
.

Dr. Nduom announced that she was chosen as a a means of ensuring that the PPP gets everyone on board to help develop Ghana.

“I want everybody to know that we have brought somebody to add to our principle of inclusiveness…the person I am introducing has got the experience of doing at the grassroot level…I want you to welcome Brigette Dzogbenuku…,” he announced.

The PPP in 2012 chose former head of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), Eva Lokko as the running mate to Dr. Nduom.

Eva Lokko is not the party's parliamentary candidate for the 2016 elections.
